This is a very intelligent proposal for fighting fastfood. The globe trotting kitchen parasites itself on the locations of the fastfoodchains. They snuggle up to the Mac Donalds. The restaurant will serve organic, locally grown food, made by local chefs. They also try to involve the local population. We think the strategy is really smart, because it’s very difficult to reach the ‘normal’ fastfood customers with our organic food or special recipes.
