3rd – Le Vache-folle – Mutabile Architecture
This very strong, funny, ironic, over the top statement made it to place 3. Why? Well it’s perfectly executed. We have the idea of a restaurant, we see people in there. The ridiculous robot arms, the guernica of picasso, the blood on the window. Very very well made. And besides the images we have a relevant topic: how do we treat the animals we eat? Why do we pick lobsters out of an aquarium but not chickens? Why not bring the food preparation much closer to the customer; Not by impletementing an open kitchen, but by bringing the slaughter itself into the restaurant. Congratulations Mutabile!

First of all, congratulations for organizing this wonderful, fun and contemporary competition! We’ve been wanting to do something like this for some time now!
I’m a member of Mutabile Architecture and I would shamelessly like to say that when we applied for this competition we thought that asking for NOTHING AS A PRIZE and calling ourselves saints would in some way make up for our psychopath project and increase our chance to win. Now that we have actually won we have a question mark on our heads: did it help us to win??
If it did, ignore this message. But if it didn’t, we would love to get something! Anything!! We are not saints at all! And euros are worth sooooo many caipirinhas in Brazil! Thankyou and well done 1st and 2nd place!!!
